RIVER RASCALS

River Rascals is a program developed by IRR and key partners (Children and Family Urban Ministries, IA-DNR and IOWATER) and volunteers to develop a youth program to provide instruction on paddling, water safety, river etiquette, river biology and river issues (water quality/water monitoring) while having FUN!
