“Our Local Cause Belgian-Style White Ale will be released in the taproom at noon on Friday, March 22nd. All net proceeds from the sale of this beer will be matched by Confluence Landscape Architecture Firm and donated to Iowa Rivers Revival.
We took some inspiration from a recent national fundraiser within the brewing community and realized that Confluence Brewing should do something to help benefit a local cause in Iowa. A few meetings later, we had the framework in place. A brewery collaborating with a business to double the contribution. Who better to team up with on the first go-around than another Confluence (Landscape Architecture and Planning) and Iowa Rivers Revival, who share a common interest in Iowa rivers. Rivers and people, coming together to make things better!”
Happy Hour Festivities are from Friday, March 22nd from 4-6 PM
The Side Garage will be on-site with their mobile screen printer and you’ll be able to make your own Iowa Rivers Revival t-shirt! Anyone who puts a donation in the jar gets a free IRR koozie! It’s going to be a great time to get together, try a new beer, network and talk about rivers!

Our popcorn party will be here before you know it! Lobby day is your chance to come up to the Capitol with like-minded folks and talk with elected officials about the issues that matter to YOU! Well have information available about IRR’s Legislative Priorities complete with talking points and would love help connect you with your Representative and/or Senator.
On Wednesday, April 17th from 1-3 PM, we will be highlighting our work in river restoration around the state, advocating for funding for low-head dam mitigation and water trails and speaking up about funding the Natural Resources and Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund. We’ll also be celebrating Guttenberg; our 2019 River Town of the Year Award Winner! Please join us for a mid-afternoon popcorn snack and conversations about rivers!
Last thing is just a friendly little reminder about our online kayak auction going on NOW!
Proceeds of this online auction will go towards the Tim Chicoine Memorial Fund.
