R2G2: Fourmile Fest

Join IRR and our Service Squad partners for the 21st annual River Run Garbage Grab (R2G2) featuring a river cleanup at our Fourmile location. Volunteers from IRR, ICON Water Trails, Athene, Trout Unlimited, Polk County, Polk Soil & Water Conservation District, City of Des Moines Parks & Rec, Polk County Conservation, to help in doing a walking & wading cleanup at Fourmile Community Center 8:30AM – 11:00AM on Friday, August 11th. Educational partners will also be providing flood mitigation educational activities for volunteers to learn more about conservation best practices related to stormwater.
